Our Veterinary Assistant, Andrea, recently joined our team in October. She grew up with animals her whole life, participating in FFA in high school, specifically working with sheep. Andrea is also currently holding a position with the Cal Poly Animal Nutrition Center as a Student Assistant. She is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, as well as a minor in Spanish. Her plans after college are to go to Vet School and one day open her own practice. She loves helping animals, especially rescues, and just recently adopted a Labrador Kelpie mix named Milo! Apart from her love for animals, some other things Andrea enjoys are hiking, baking, and watching scary movies!
