Alizea started in late April 2024 as one of our veterinarian assistants here at Stenner Creek. She assists in cleaning and caring for pets and giving them loads of love. Alizea is going into her second year at Cal Poly, SLO a pre-vet. Her love for veterinary medicine began in high school when she showed sheep in FFA. Outside of show season, she bred the first ewe she ever bought for three years, where she was able to learn a lot about animal welfare. Alizea has also volunteered at therapeutic horse-riding academies and different cat and dog shelters, so her love for companions and large animals has only grown bigger and bigger. She is excited to learn so much more at Stenner Creek. Outside of work, Alizea enjoys spending time with her friends and traveling back home to hang out with her family & hometown friends. She enjoys hikes around SLO, Avila Beach and running.
