Our Receptionist, Alicia has always loved animals. She was in 4-H and raised chickens, ducks and lambs for market. Later, she worked at a pet store where she took care of all the animals from fish to puppies. If you asked her what her favorite animal was, Flamingos would be her reply! Alicia comes from a business background working in insurance field for many years. She earned her BA in Business Administration from the University of La Verne and then moved from the Ventura area up to the Central Coast. She is enjoying learning about how a veterinary practice runs and loves meeting all the patients and their moms and dads. Alicia currently lives with her husband in Santa Maria, but hopes to move soon to Los Osos to be closer her mother and the clinic. Her other interests include Painting, Textile Arts and Drag Racing.
